Brief Overview
The Sparkle Foundation is a UK based charity helping people in need. They support people across living in poverty, sudden crisis, ill health, domestic abuse situations, bereaved, often people who have nowhere else to go. The Kimura Group actively support the Sparkle Foundation and have done in previous years. This year the efforts were helping children in Malawi who were in dire need of support. The Sparkle Foundation attempts to deliver a future in which every community has equal opportunity to live a life of health and self-sufficiency in Malawi. They have spent years understanding the needs of the community and have developed an innovative approach to charity by delivering a sustainable and replicable best practice model.
Outcome
For this year Kimura Performance ran the Sparkle Sevens Rugby Charity Day to raise money for the foundation, specifically for Malawi. The event was held at Felsted School in 2022.
The Results
This year £6,000 was raised for the charity which will go directly to helping children in Malawi. Kimura Performance proudly will continue to improve fundraising efforts for years to come.
